Room 1

Room 1 is 24m² large and is located on the ground floor opposite the stairs. It has a French double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, hairdryer and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Furthermore, the entire house is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Through the two windows you can observe the alleys of the old town of Labin and enjoy its atmosphere.

Room 2

On the 1st floor, opposite the staircase, is room 2, with 22m². This room also has a double bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi connection and a spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer.

Room 3

Also on the 1st floor is room 3 with 19m² + 8m². This room is characterised by a small staircase that leads to another bedroom. Two beds are available here, one being a French double and one a single. The two rooms can be separated by a sliding door. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and hairdryer. As in the other rooms, air conditioning, Smart TV and a free Wi-Fi connection are also available here.

Room 4

This room, which is 22m², is located on the 2nd floor on the right-hand side. The two windows offer a fantastic view of the Istrian landscape and the sea. The French double bed is part of the standard inventory of the Mirakul Residence, along with Smart TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi connection and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer.

Room 5

On the 2nd floor, at the end of the corridor, is room 5, with 21m². As well as in room 4, the sea can be seen in the distance through the window on the east façade. As in the other rooms, this one also has the standard inventory, which consists of a French double bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi connection, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer.
